What we need
Township of Severn’s Public Works Department is looking for a design/build contractor to submit a proposal for the roof replacement at the Coldwater Water Treatment Plant, located at 14 Sheridan Drive. The Coldwater Water Treatment Plant requires the current cedar shake roof to be replaced with a new metal roof.
