What we need

The Township of Severn’s Public Works Department is seeking tenders from qualified contractors to complete the South Sparrow Lake Road Reconstruction. This project will include road reconstruction, shoulder widening and paving, culvert replacements, drainage improvements, illumination upgrades, driveway restoration, general grading and final restoration work. 

This reconstruction project will reconstruct approximately 1.75 km of South Sparrow Lake Road in the Township of Severn. The aim of the project is to rehabilitate the existing road and the addition of a paved shoulder. 

What’s important to us

Severn is looking for qualified Contractors who have the resources, capacity, capability, and experience to complete the South Sparrow Lake Road Reconstruction no later than October 9, 2026. The tentative construction start date is July 6, 2026.
