What we need Severn is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the construction of a new sidewalk on County Road 169 between Muskoka Street and Quetton Street. The work includes installation of new concrete sidewalk, curb and gutter, granular base, associated surface restoration, and a 50 mm conduit for a future LED sign board. The sign board installation itself is not included in this contract. Severn is looking for experienced and credible contractors capable of delivering this work by June 26, 2026. It is important that the selected contractor demonstrates experience in municipal sidewalk construction and professional site safety measures. This is an opportunity to provide Severn with your services and to demonstrate your ability and expertise in delivering durable and cost-effective municipal infrastructure, on time and on budget.
