What we need
Township of Severn is looking to rehabilitate the North Shop located at 2068 North River Drive, Severn Ontario. The work generally includes the exterior painting of the existing steel siding, replacement of the steel roofing system, replacing six (6) overhead garage doors for better thermal efficiency, and replacement of soffit and facia.

Township of Severn is looking for credible contractors who have the capability and experience to perform the rehabilitation no later than 2023/11/15.
