What we need

The Township of Severn’s Public Works Department is seeking tenders from prequalified contractors to complete the Bayou Road Reconstruction project in the Westshore community. This project will include full-depth road reconstruction, new storm sewer and structures installation, culvert replacements, new curb and gutter, new sidewalk with pedestrian crossing, illumination upgrades, pavement line markings, general grading and final restoration work. This reconstruction project will urbanize approximately 600 metres of Bayou Road in the Township of Severn to address required rehabilitation of the existing road and to provide enhanced pedestrian access in a growing community.

What’s important to us

Severn is looking for qualified Contractors who have the resources, capacity, capability, and experience to complete the Bayou Road Reconstruction no later than November 15, 2026. The tentative construction start date is May 26, 2026.
