What we need

Severn is requesting proposals from qualified consulting engineering firms to provide professional engineering design, approvals, tendering, and provisional contract administration services for the Coldwater Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) and Main Sewage Pumping Station (SPS) Expansion. The Coldwater WWTP currently operates at a rated average day capacity of 921 m³/day and requires expansion to 1,500 m³/day as Phase 1 to accommodate forecasted growth within the Coldwater community and to ensure continued compliance with effluent objectives established through the Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (Class EA), Environmental Study Report (ESR) and Receiving Water Assessment.

Severn is looking for credible firms who have the capability and experience to advance the preferred solution, developing detailed design and construction documents, and securing all necessary permits and approvals to be construction tender ready no later than 2027-07-19.
